See/Hear/Feel: Ideal Parent Figure and The Work from Byron Katie

Almost all of us are suffering from some childhood trauma/emotional dysregulation/attachment disorder.. Whatever you want to call it… we are hurting. When I coach people, I will inject the work of IPF (Ideal Parent Figure) and Byron Katie because these two modalities come to life more vibrantly when paired with mindful awareness. For those of us with severe and deep-seated pain, these two modalities can bring some real healing.
I highly recommend reading “Loving What is” by Byron Katie and googling “Ideal Parent Figure” videos from Dan Brown. With the transformational application of mindful awareness coaching I provide, I have seen students' pasts and fears of the future begin to melt away.
