See/Hear/Feel: Retreat Practice: Home Practice Program
Interested in “upping your game” and extending your understanding and practice time? Try these monthly Home Practice Sessions.
Sign up for 1, 2, 3 or 4 sessions. Beginning Friday nights and ending Sunday evenings, you can join a 2 hour or 4 practice and start “adding more weights” to your mindfulness workouts. Choose a topic that interests you, pay for the session(s) and you will be sent a link a day or two before the session begins, to dial in and listen.
Prepare your space: if you have a quiet space where you live, or maybe grab an AirBnB or maybe housesit for an out of town friend, to set your self up for success.
