Samala then begins to share with hope and demonstration of practical tools how we can get out of the reactivity of our experiences to be more present, regulated and intentional in our behaviors, actions, thinking and interpersonal engagement. Highly recommend reading this and reaching out and working with her as a mindfulness student; it changed my life in ways that years of therapy, dbt, cbt, trauma therapy, education etc could not.
