Retreat Practice: Accelerator - Community of Mindful Living
As you build momentum, one way to increase your practice, add depth, and intention is to go on retreat.
Go in person (if able) or do virtual options (if available). If you do a virtual option, I do recommend setting up your space or getting a space (hotel, camper, tent, AirBnB, etc) to more fully engage virtually.
If you do go to the retreat center, go to the About Page and read how to prepare.
Alot of growth can come out of a silent retreat practice, partially because you must fully disengage from “regular” life (for example, NO magic rectangles, etc), in other words, your sole focus is your practice and everything you do is “in practice'“ (including eating, walking, etc).
Everyone starts somewhere, so don’t be intimidated. It can be a very enriching experience. Recycle your reaction and go forth.
